This totally renovated cottage is situated in a quiet old yard off Sandgate in the heart of historic Whitby. The cottage has a balcony from which you have the most spectacular free views of the harbour and the hustle and bustle across.

Accommodation: a few old stone steps lead up to the cottage. Entrance, hallway. Shower room with double shower, toilet and washbasin. Through to a cosy lounge with gas coal fire and French doors opening up to the balcony overlooking the harbour. Next to the lounge is a compact kitchen. Fairly steep cottage stairs lead to the first floor where there are two bedrooms. One bedroom with two single beds, chest of drawers and wardrobe and the master bedroom with a double bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom with bath, power shower over the bath. toilet and washbasin. This room also has harbour views.

Services: refrigerator, separate freezer, gas hob with electric oven and extractor fan, microwave, dishwasher. Colour TV with SKY freeview, video and CD player. Hairdryer and iron/board provided. Gas central heating. Bed linen is provided. Non-smokers only. Sorry, no pets, but the owner has a dog. Parking in council car parks nearby.
