Beautifully renovated cottage situated at the bottom of the old village of Robin Hood's Bay. It retains some lovely old features such as beamed ceilings and original stone walls. The cottage is furnished and decorated to a high standard and provides you with all the modern comforts.
Accommodation: entrance up some steps. Entrance, small hallway. Off the hallway is a shower room with shower, toilet and washbasin. One step up to a cosy lounge with beamed ceiling, wood/coal burning stove in stone fireplace and original wooden floors. From the hallway stairs lead down to a modern kitchen with wooden floor, dining area, beamed ceiling and small coal stove. On the first floor are two bedrooms, one with a double cabin style bed and built-in wardrobe and one with full-size bunk beds and small chest of drawers. Also a separate toilet with hand washbasin.
Services: refrigerator with ice-box, gas hob with electric oven, microwave, washing machine. Flat screen TV with freeview and DVD in the lounge and small flat screen TV in the bunk bedroom. Gas central heating. Bed linen is provided. Solid stair gates on both stairs. Non-smokers only. One small well-behaved dog is welcome, but not allowed upstairs.
