There is one bedroom with a king-size bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and trouser press. A bathroom with bath, shower over the bath, toilet and washbasin. Ample storage space throughout the apartment. As the property has a lift, it might be suitable for people with mobility problems.

Refrigerator, electric cooker with grill and oven, microwave, washer/dryer. Colour TV with video and DVD player Sky television (basic package), radio/CD player. Electric heating with temperature and time control - no extra charges for electricity. Bed linen is provided. A cot and high chair can be provided upon request. Non-smokers only. Sorry, no pets. Designated car parking space for one car.
