This cosy cottage is situated halfway up the cliff on the Abbey side of town with views of the harbour from the first and second floors. It is accessed through Primitive Methodist Chapel Yard and up two flights of fairly steep stone steps. It is only a short walk into town.

Accommodation:
Entrance lobby. Comfortable lounge with electric woodburning-effect fire. Modern half open kitchen/diner. On the first floor there is a bedroom with a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers, a nice-sized bathroom with bath, separate shower, toilet and washbasin. Rather steep stairs lead to the second floor where there is a bedroom with twin beds, wardrobe and chest of drawers. Excellent harbour views.

Services:
Refrigerator, electric cooker with oven, microwave and washer/dryer. TV with SKY freeview, DVD player, radio. Heating by way of gas convector heaters and electric heaters. Bed linen is provided. Sheltered patio area in front of the house with picnic bench. Non-smokers only  2 well behaved pets welcome.

Please note: from late Autumn 2011 the property will have gas central heating and a refurbished bathroom.
