It has a shared garden dominated by an old pear tree. The cottage has been recently decorated and refurbished to a high standard, it is light and spacious, homely, warm and inviting.
Accommodation: a few steps lead up to the front door. Entrance into a spacious lounge with gas fireplace, modern open plan kitchen and dining area. Stairs lead to the first floor where there is a bedroom with a double bed and built-in wardrobe and a bedroom with two single beds (2ft 6' wide) and a built-in wardrobe. Also a shower room with shower, toilet and washbasin.
