This cosy 200 year old Grade II listed cottage is situated in a quiet and private yard. The entrance is up steps near to the bottom of Green Lane which leads to the Abbey. It has a shared garden dominated by an old pear tree. The cottage has been recently decorated and refurbished to a high standard, it is light and spacious, homely, warm and inviting.

Accommodation: a few steps lead up to the front door. Entrance into a spacious lounge with gas fireplace, modern open plan kitchen and dining area. Stairs lead to the first floor where there is a bedroom with a double bed and built-in wardrobe and a bedroom with two single beds (2ft 6' wide) and a built-in wardrobe. Also a shower room with shower, toilet and washbasin.

Services: refrigerator with ice-box, gas hob with electric oven, microwave, washing machine. Flat screen TV with Freesat and DVD, ipod docking station and WIFI. Gas central heating. Bed linen is provided. Non-smokers only! One well-behaved dog is welcome. Shared garden with seating.
