It is only a ten minute walk to the village centre with pubs, shops and all other amenities. Hunmanby is 9 miles from Scarborough and 9 miles from Bridlington. The seaside town of Filey with its sandy beaches is about 2 and a half miles away.

Private entrance. Hallway with ample storage space. Lounge with dining facilities, electric fire and bed settee. Kitchen with breakfast bar overlooking the fields. There is one bedroom with a double bed which can be separated to make it into two single beds. Built-in wardrobe. A bathroom with bath, shower over the bath, toilet and washbasin. As all the accommodation is on the ground floor the property is suitable for people with mobility problems.
