This old stone farm building has been converted into three beautiful cottages. They are situated on a working farm in the rural village of Cloughton, only five miles from the seaside town of Scarborough. The cottages have been completely rebuilt inside and have every modern comfort, leaving old features such as oak beams and cottage windows. The cottages are on the edge of a courtyard with an aviary and children's play area. Fabulous views of the sea in the distance.

This cottage is the end part of the larger farm building and comprises of an entrance hall with stone floor and downstairs cloakroom with toilet and hand washbasin. Lounge with electric, ""wood-burner effect"" stove, original stable windows and dining facilities. Half-open, modern kitchen with Belfast sink and breakfast bar. Stairs lead to the first floor. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with twin beds. Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and chest of drawers. There is a bathroom with bath, separate shower, toilet and washbasin.

Refrigerator and freezer, electric cooker with oven, microwave, dishwasher. There is a separate laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer for communal use. Colour TV with DVD, CD player. Oil central heating. Bed linen is provided. A cot and high chair are provided. Ample car parking space in the grounds. Non-smokers only. One well behaved dog is welcome, but must be keep on a lead on the premises as there are farm animals about. The Cottage has its own private (gated) patio/garden area with permanent BBQ.
