The house sleeps 4 people in 2 bedrooms, with a master en-suite and a second double/twin room with en-suite bathroom. The spacious living area includes an open plan kitchen, dining, and living space with a log burning stove and bi-folding doors leading to a decking area. Off-road parking for two cars is available, along with communal picnic grounds, lakes, and leisure facilities.

Amenities at Looney Dunes include gas central heating, electric oven & gas hob, microwave, outdoor BBQ & seating, fridge, washer/dryer, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, WiFi, and a selection of board games. All fuel, power, bed linen, and bathroom towels are included in the rent. A travel cot and highchair are available upon request, but smoking and pets are not allowed. On-site facilities include a pharmacy, Italian pizzeria & ristorante, public house & restaurant, and a beauty salon. There is also a communal heated indoor swimming pool, children's pool, sauna, and steam room, with private access to the beach just a 1-mile walk away.

Lakes on-site require children to be supervised at all times. Looney Dunes is a great base for exploring Filey, Scarborough, Bridlington, Whitby, and the North York Moors, with plenty of attractions and activities nearby for all ages to enjoy.
