This charming traditional cottage is tucked away in a small yard off Grape Lane in the oldest part of historic Whitby. It has fantastic views from the sash windows over the harbour towards the West Side and Whitby's famous Swing Bridge. It has a narrow sitting out area on the water's edge. From here you can watch the hustle and bustle of the town.
Accommodation:
Entrance through an iron gate and along a passage into the yard. Entrance, hallway with storage. Kitchen/diner with beamed ceiling. Bathroom with bath, shower over the bath, toilet and washbasin. Stairs lead to the first floor where there is a cosy lounge with original wood panelled walls, window seats and an open fire. Also on this floor is bedroom with twin beds, wardrobe and chest of drawers. On the second floor is a bedroom with a double bed and two chests of drawers. Beamed ceiling. The room has an en-suite toilet with hand washbasin.

Refrigerator with freezer compartment, gas hob with electric oven, microwave. Colour TV with DVD, radio/CD player. Gas central heating - no extra charges for gas or electricity. Bed linen and towels are provided. Non-smokers only. Sorry, no pets. Small suntrap patio with chairs on the harbours edge.
