This is a stunning completely re-furbished (March 2012) 17th century fisherman's cottage situated in the centre of the old village of Runswick Bay not far from the Royal Hotel. Runswick Bay is a picturesque little village by the sea with a wonderful beach. Artists come from far and wide to paint here. Whitby is only 9 miles away. There are wonderful cliff top walks to Staithes and Sandsend.

Accommodation:
On the ground floor is an open plan lounge, diner and kitchen with all new furniture. On the first floor are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with full size bunk beds. Bathroom with bath and toilet on the first floor. Sea views from all the windows. Opposite the cottage is a private paved area, suitable for sitting out and sunbathing. Garden chairs are provided. A spiral staircase leads to the first floor. Not suitable for children under 4 or people with walking difficulties.

Refrigerator, cooker, microwave, TV, with DVD radio. Nightstore heaters and electric fire. Bring own sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases and towels. Parking permit for residents car park is provided. Non-smokers only. One dog is welcome.
