Nestling in the shadow of Scarborough market, these cottages offer a prime location in the old part of Scarborough with all conveniences virtually on your doorstep. The cottages are newly built and furnished and decorated to a particularly high standard. The walls of Scarborough Castle are within 750 yards, a long stretch of golden beach awaits on the South Bay. Amusements, cafes and shops along the Foreshore Road with more serious shopping available in the market or town centre itself. The apartments are beautifully furnished and decorated.

Accommodation: entrance into a lounge with modern, well-equipped open plan kitchen and dining area. Downstairs cloakroom with toilet and hand washbasin. On the first floor are two bedrooms, one with a double bed that can be split into twin beds. Ample storage. Also a bedroom with a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. Both bedrooms have TV's with built-in DVD. A bathroom with bath, shower over the bath, toilet, washbasin and heated towel rail.

Services: are the same for all apartments. Fridge/freezer, electric cooker with oven and extractor hood, washer/dryer,  microwave. All appliances are built-in. Colour TV with DVD. Central heating. Bed linen and towels are provided. Non-smokers only. One well behaved dog is welcome, but not allowed upstairs. (£10 charge for the dog is payable directly to the owner on arrival - £25 for 2012 bookings!) Off street parking for one car.
