The apartment has a luxurious Californian Beach House-inspired decor with high-end fixtures and fittings. The open plan living and kitchen area is flooded with light and features a contemporary feel. The kitchen is well-equipped with basic amenities and additional luxuries such as a coffee machine and washer/dryer.

The living area comfortably seats four people with a chesterfield sofa and studded chairs, perfect for relaxing in front of the wall-mounted flat screen television. The dining room features a glass top table and plush fabric chairs, doubling up as a workspace if needed. The first bedroom boasts a king bed with floor to ceiling windows and French doors, while the second bedroom is slightly smaller but equally beautiful with a Chelsea style winged headboard.

The bathroom has a monochrome and wood color palette with a walk-in shower, basin, and WC.
