Rock Cottage has an open plan kitchen, dining and living area. You can retreat to the comfy sofas after a busy day at the beach and turn on the flat screen TV to enjoy Freeview channels. The kitchen is fully equipped so you can make the most of your self-catering staycation by preparing home cooked meals and enjoying them at the dining area. The master bedroom has a comfy double bed with plush bedding and bed linens to ensure you have the best sleep possible. Ideal for little ones or teenagers, the second bedroom features a bunk bed.

Rock Cottage has a spacious family bathroom with a curved bath and overhead shower, WC and basin. Guests have access to the full property, accessed via a secure key safe. On street parking is available opposite the property on a first come, first served basis. Rock Cottage is a first floor apartment that can only be accessed via steps from street level.

Located on the East side of Whitby in the centre of town, Rock Cottage is surrounded by narrow medieval streets dotted with boutiques, pubs and fish restaurants. Climb the famous 199 steps up to the Church of Saint Mary and discover the renowned ruined Whitby Abbey, the inspiration for Bram Stoker’s gothic novel ‘Dracula’. Walk over the swing bridge to the West side of town for more attractions. Whitby is part of the North York Moors National Park, perfect for long walks and exploration. Whitby train station is a short 5-minute walk away, providing easy access to villages and towns along the North Yorkshire coast.
