Guests have access to the full apartment, with keys accessed via a secure key safe and digital parking permits provided prior to the stay. Marshlands is located in the coastal town of Redcar, known for its nostalgic charm and seafront attractions like ice cream parlors, arcades, and fish and chip shops. The town is also home to Redcar Racecourse and offers easy access to Marske-by-the-Sea and Saltburn-by-the-Sea, where visitors can enjoy the oldest functioning cliff lift in the UK and a 208-meter pier.

Redcar Central Station is a short 12-minute walk from the apartment, providing great train links to destinations like Middlesbrough, Darlington, Leeds, York, and Manchester. Additionally, there are bus stops throughout Redcar with routes to various nearby locations. Host & Stay require guests to transfer a £250.00 Damage Deposit or purchase an Accidental Damage Waiver for £25.00 to cover up to £500.00 of accidental damage during their stay.
