The cottage was built in 1860 and retains much of its original charm, with carefully restored pitch pine panelling. It is surrounded by open country. The owner lives next door and children will enjoy making friends with the dog, cats and other farm animals. It is a delightful place for a quiet country holiday. Scalby village with its pubs and shops is only one and a three quarter miles away.
