This lovely cottage is located in the heart of the old town at the end of the cobbled part of Church Street leading to the 199 steps. It has been renovated to a high standard maintaining period features like beamed ceilings and panelled walls, with great view of the harbour from the second floor.

Accommodation:
Entrance, porch. Cosy lounge with open plan kitchen, dining facilities, beamed ceiling and feature fireplace. Stairs lead to the first floor, spacious landing. A panelled bedroom with a double bed, built-in wardrobe, chest of drawers. Also a good-sized bathroom with bath, hand shower set, toilet and washbasin. On the second floor there is a light and airy attic bedroom with twin beds and a seating area in front of the window with fabulous views of the harbour mouth. Although this is an old cottage, the stairs are easy to negotiate.

Refrigerator, electric cooker with oven, microwave, washing machine. Colour digital flatscreen TV in the lounge and colour digital flatscreen TVs with DVD player in the attic bedroom and also the first floor double bedroom. Radio/CD player. Gas central heating- no extra charge for gas or electricity. Bed linen and towels are provided. Non-smokers only. Up to two well behaved dogs by arrangement with the owner.
