It has been restored and decorated to a very high standard and has some lovely features like rough stone walls and old wood panelling. It is also spacious, light and airy.

Accommodation:
Entrance. Cosy lounge with dining facilities and feature fire place. A bright well-equipped kitchen, utility room and a downstairs toilet, with toilet and hand washbasin. Fairly narrow, steep stairs lead to the first floor where there is a bedroom with a double bed, clothes rail and chest of drawers. This room has part views of the harbour. Also on this floor is a bathroom with bath, toilet and washbasin. on the second floor is a bedroom with twin beds, clothes rail, chest of drawers and feature fire place. Good views of the harbour.

Refrigerator, electric cooker, microwave, washing machine, separate tumble dryer, dishwasher. Colour TV with DVD player, radio/CD player. Gas central heating - no extra charges for gas or electricity. Bed linen and towels are provided. Small enclosed yard/sitting out area. Non-smokers only. Sorry, no pets.
