Also off the kitchen is a bathroom with bath, shower over the bath, toilet and washbasin. There is a spacious lounge with beamed ceiling, dining facilities, an electric fire and bed settee. Ample outside parking in the spacious suntrap courtyard. There is a garden bench and garden chairs. The property is all on one level so it would be suitable for people with mobility problems.
