It is close to shops, tearooms and pubs as well as the famous 199 steps leading up to the Abbey and St. Mary's Church. Harbour and beach are only a few minutes away.
Accommodation: several steps lead up to the apartment. Entrance into a hallway. There is a spacious lounge with dining area and modern open plan kitchen with breakfast bar and ample storage. There is a bedroom with a double bed, dressing table and mirror and built-in wardrobe. Also there is a shower room with shower, toilet and washbasin. There is a storage room off the lounge where there are two good quality wooden framed full size single folding beds stored. There is an extra charge of £5 per day, £35 per week if there are three or four people staying in the property.
Services: refrigerator with ice box, electric cooker with oven and grill, microwave and iron. Flat screen TV with standard Sky package and integral DVD in the lounge. Gas central heating. Bed linen and towels are provided. Smokers are requested not to smoke in the property . One pet is welcome but not allowed in the bedroom.
