This cosy cottage is situated in a quaint yard at the foot of the famous 199 steps leading up to The Abbey and St Mary's church. It has been completely renovated, yet retains some lovely features such as beamed ceilings.

Accommodation: the accommodation is over three floors. A gate leads into a yard with several cottages. Cuddy cottage is half way down the yard on the right. Entrance, hallway. Bedroom with a double bed, built-in wardrobe and dressing table. Stairs lead down to a modern, well-equipped kitchen with dining area. Through to a cosy lounge with gas coal-effect stove in a red brick fireplace. From the entrance hallway stairs lead up to the first floor where there is a bedroom with two single beds (2ft 6') which can be put together and be made into a king-size bed. Also a shower room with shower, toilet and washbasin.

Services:  refrigerator with ice-box, electric hob with electric oven, microwave, washer/dryer. Flat screen TV with freeview and DVD, radio/CD player. Gas central heating. Bed linen is provided. Non-smokers only! Sorry, no pets. Seating out area in front of the cottage in shared yard.
