Coast Guard Cottage

This old Coast guard cottage is situated in the centre of Whitby next door to Botham's bakery shop and tearoom within walking distance of the shops, sea and all amenities. It is comfortably furnished and decorated and will prove an excellent base to explore the area.

Accommodation:
Entrance, small hallway, lounge with dining facilities. Spacious kitchen. Back door to enclosed, shared yard. On the first floor there is a cosy sitting room and a bathroom with bath, hand shower set, toilet and washbasin. on the second floor there is one bedroom with a double bed and one bedroom with two single beds. Note that the stairs are steep and not suitable for people with mobility problems.

Services:
Refrigerator, electric cooker with oven, microwave, Free sat colour TV, radio/CD player, gas central heating. Gas fire in the lounge. Bed linen is provided. A welcome tray is set for your arrival. Sorry, no pets. Non-smokers only. Designated car parking space for one car near the property.
