Silpho is a quiet village situated in the North York Moors National Park, surrounded by beautiful scenery. It is ideal for a walking/touring/cycling holiday and the sophisticated seaside resort of Scarborough is only seven miles away.

Accommodation:
This old cottage with oak beams and many original features has been tastefully modernized without losing its original charm. On the ground floor is a lounge with wood burning stove, a kitchen with dining facilities, a utility room with automatic washing machine and a large conservatory with dining facilities and sun loungers. This room faces West and overlooks a beautiful well kept garden in excess of half an acre. There is a large lawn with flowers, shrubs and garden seats. It also includes a patio and play area for children. The bathroom with bath, shower over the bath and toilet is on the ground floor. On the first floor are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds. All the rooms have open country views.

Refrigerator, small freezer, electric cooker with oven, TV, radio, microwave, travel cot and high chair, automatic washing machine. Bed linen is provided. Oil central heating. Fuel for the wood burning stove is provided. Large garden with barbecue. Private parking for two cars off the road. Non-smokers preferred. Well behaved dogs are welcome.
