Located in Leyburn, North Yorkshire, Barnbrook is a charming stone-built semi-detached cottage on the edge of Carperby village in the Yorkshire Dales National Park. The cottage can accommodate up to five people in two bedrooms, including a king-size bed and a family room with twin beds and a sofa bed. It also features a family bathroom, a kitchen with a dining area, and a cozy sitting room. Outside, there is a small garden, patio, and off-road parking for two cars.

The cottage is equipped with heating from night storage heaters, electric panel heaters, and a living flame electric fire in the sitting room.
