This charming period cottage converted from a tannery, dates back to the 1660's and is located in the heart of the old town within a cobbled yard to the rear of the famous old Coaching Inn off Church Street. It has been renovated to a high standard maintaining period features like beamed ceilings made from ships timbers.

Accommodation:
Entrance, cosy lounge with open plan kitchen and dining facilities. Electric 'wood-burning stove'effect fire and a (double) bed settee. The whole of the first floor is open plan with a double 'cabin' bed and a free standing double bed. A ladder takes you to an overhead gallery which has two single beds suitable for children. There is also a bathroom with bath, shower over the bath, separate toilet and washbasin.

Fridge/freezer, electric cooker with grill and oven, microwave. Flat screen TV downstairs, TV/DVD upstairs. Gas central heating. No extra charge for gas and electric. Bed linen and towels provided. One well-behaved dog is welcome. Parking in the yard is not permitted but there are Council Car Parks nearby. You can obtain a weekly ticket from the Tourist Information Centre near the harbour.
