From here you step onto a quiet patio with furniture Sitting room with gas fire and spectacular views of the harbour and Abbey. On the first floor are two bedrooms, one bedroom with a double bed and wonderful views, one bedroom with twin beds. Plenty of storage. A shower room with shower, toilet and washbasin. Also a family bathroom with corner bath, electric shower over the bath, toilet and washbasin.

Refrigerator/ freezer, electric ceramic hob and electric oven, microwave, washer/dryer, dishwasher. Flat screen HD colour TV with freesat, DVD player, radio/CD player, Gas central heating. Bed linen is provided. Small garden and seating area at the front of the house from which you can catch a glimpse of the sea and a patio with sitting out furniture at the back of the house. From here a few steps lead up to a gate and the parking space for one car. No children under the age of 10. Non-smokers only. Sorry no pets.
