This semi-detached modern elevated cottage was built onto the original 1940's farmhouse. It is situated in Larpool Lane on the edge of Whitby. You are in the middle of a wood in the peace and quiet of the countryside but still only a few minutes drive from Whitby with all its amenities.

Accommodation:
A sloping grade of shallow concrete steps lead up to the property. A wooden staircase (10 steps) leads up to a spacious sun deck overlooking the garden and the woods. Entrance. Lounge with hardwood floor, wood burning stove and half open kitchen. On the first floor is a bedroom with a double bed and chest of drawers and a small bedroom with a single bed and wardrobe. Also a shower room with shower, toilet and washbasin.

Fridge/freezer, ceramic cooker with grill and oven, microwave, washing machine. Colour TV with freeview, video and DVD, music centre. Wifi connection. Wood burner and a central heating radiator in the sitting room, electric heaters upstairs. Wood is provided. Bed linen is provided. A cot is available. One large dog or two small dogs are welcome by arrangement with the owner. Private parking in the grounds.
