Primrose Lodge is a detached log cabin located near Saltburn in North Yorkshire, accommodating up to four people in two bedrooms. The cabin features a wet room and an open plan living area with a kitchen, dining area, and sitting area. Guests can enjoy off-road parking, a private patio, and access to fifty acres of grounds. The property is just a short walk from the beach and close to the North York Moors, offering a superb holiday retreat.
Amenities at Primrose Lodge include gas central heating, an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washer/dryer, TV with Freeview, DVD player, and WiFi. Fuel and power are included in the rent, along with bed linen. One well-behaved dog is welcome, but smoking is not allowed on the premises. Guests can walk to a nearby pub in 10 minutes or drive 5 minutes to the nearest supermarket. Due to the presence of peacocks and wildlife, dogs must be kept on a lead and children supervised.

The property does not allow bookings within 72 hours of arrival and does not accept Sunday check-ins as of a certain date. Electric vehicles should not be charged at the lodge, as a charging station is located nearby. Rushpool Hall, where the lodge is situated, is a private residence not open to the public.
