This apartment is situated on the top floor of an impressive, sea front, Victorian house in Sandsend. It is completely self-contained and retains many original features. It has a porthole window with views of Whitby Abbey and spectacular frontal views of the sea.

Entrance, Hallway. There is a sunny bedroom with a double bed, dressing table and wardrobe. Also an en-suite bathroom with shower, toilet and washbasin. On the other side of the hall there is a kitchen. Next to the kitchen is a shower room with shower, toilet and washbasin. Also a lounge with beamed ceiling, feature fireplace and dining area. Both lounge and kitchen have fabulous sea views. From the hall narrow stairs lead up to a bedroom with a single bed and hand washbasin. Some further steps lead up to a sheltered roof terrace with garden furniture, which can be a real suntrap.
