This lovely cottage is located just 100 yards from the busy, award winning High Street of Skipton, the Gateway to the Yorkshire Dales.  Within a central urban conservation area the cottage is in a quiet location.

The cottage has been very tastefully and comfortably furnished with quality fixtures and fittings and has easy level access to the wide range of shops, restaurants and pubs in the town centre.

Skipton has lots to offer all age groups with an historic church, castle and of couse the famous Leeds to Liverpool canal,  on which you can take a leisurely cruise.  For those wanting to venture further afield Haworth, the home of the Bronte family, the Dales sand the timeless City of York are all within a short drive.

Ground floor - spacious lounge with dining area and French windows, fitted kitchen area and cloakroom with toilet and basin. First floor - 2 bedrooms - 1 double and 1 single, shower room with toilet and basin.

Coal effect gas fire in lounge, full gas central heating (partially under floor) - all fuel and power is included in the rent. Colour T.V., DVD player, microwave, shaver point, shower, CD hi-fi system, automatic washing machine/dryer, dishwasher. Bed linen and towels are included. Sunny patio area with table and chairs. Parking for 1 car, further parking by arrangement. 1 well behaved pet by arrangement at extra charge of £30 per week. Note: This is a non smoking cottage and bookings are Friday to Friday.
