Fully renovated the cottage has been very comfortably furnished and has kept some of its original character in the form of exposed beams, wood lintels and feature stone fireplace.

There is easy access to all the shops, pubs and restaurants in the centre of the town and several prettu canalside walks.  Skipton is the Gateway to the Dales and as such is ideally situated for touring Bronte Country, the Vale of York and Harrogate.

Ground floor - sitting room, dining kitchen area.  First floor - 2 bedrooms - 1 double and 1 3ft 6ins single, shower room with WC and basin.

Gas central heating - all gas and electricity is included.  Colour TV and DVD player in sitting room, flat screen colour TV in both bedrooms, microwave, washing machine/dryer.  Bed linen and towels are provided.  Parking for 1 car.  1 medium pet allowed by arrangement please at extra charge of £30 per week.  Note: This is a non smoking cottage
