This beautiful and unique property is situated in a quiet area on the outskirts of the village of Sleights. It is a part of a larger property. It has been decorated and furnished to a high standard. As it is located on a hill, it has stunning views of the surrounding area with its mature woodland and green hills. Sleights has shops, pubs, a post office, a fish and chip shop and restaurant, a nursery and a cafe. The historic town of Whitby is just three miles away.

Accommodation: entrance into a large spacious and light lounge with huge windows through which you may enjoy the glorious nature around. There is an open plan modern kitchen with breakfast bar and a bathroom with a bath, shower cubicle, washbasin, heated towel rail and WC. From the lounge steps lead up to a bedroom with double bed, bedside tables and lamps, hanging space and drawers and an en-suite WC with washbasin. The house is very light and spacious and has very high ceilings. It has eco-friendly under floor heating. Outside the property there is a stone paved patio and seating area with table and chairs, everything is surrounded by mature plants and trees.

Services: small fridge/freezer, electric hob with oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher. There is a flat screen TV with DVD player, radio/CD player. Eco-friendly under floor central heating. Bed linen and towels are provided. Private parking next to the property.  Non-smokers only. Sorry, no pets.  The property is not suitable for children.
