Swallows Folly

This stone and pantile farm building and a barn have been converted into four cottages. Swallows Folly is one of these. They are situated in the grounds of Gowland Farm in the valley of Harwood Dale, only four miles from the seaside town of Scarborough. The cottages have every modern comfort, leaving old features such as oak beams and deep-set cottage windows and are surrounded by a large garden you are welcome to relax in and enjoy the stunning panoramic views of Harwood Dale.

Accommodation:
This cottage is the end part of the larger farm building and comprises of an entrance, open plan kitchen with dining facilities. There is a bedroom with a double bed, built-in wardrobe and chest of drawers. Shower room with shower, toilet and washbasin. The cosy lounge is on the first floor where the velux windows let in a lot of light, along with another window looking out over adjacent farmland.

Services:
Fridge/freezer, gas hob with electric oven and extractor hood, microwave. Colour TV with digi box and DVD, radio/CD player. A cot and high chair are available. Gas central heating. Bed linen and towels are provided. Each cottage has a sitting out area with garden furniture. Use of the surrounding gardens. At the back of the cottage is a communal area with BBQ. Non-smokers only. Pets by arrangement with the owner. games room with table tennis and pool table. Ample car parking space in the grounds.
