Accommodation:
The cottage is set over two floors and was once part of another dwelling, but is now completely self-contained. Entrance. Stairs lead to the first floor. lounge with beamed ceiling, gas coal-effect fire set in ornate brick fireplace. Fold away dining table and chairs. Modern, galley-style kitchen. On the second floor is a spacious bedroom with a double bed, built-in wardrobe and beamed ceiling. There is an en-suite shower room with shower, toilet and small hand washbasin. There are views across the rooftops of the east cliff with the Abbey and St Mary's church from both the lounge and bedroom windows.
