Brand new for Summer 2021, Modern Industrial is a recently refurbished one bedroom apartment located in the centre of Whitby, North Yorkshire. Finished to a high standard, the apartment has a modern industrial style with exposed brick walls, black metal accents, and distressed wood. Perfect for couples or friends, the apartment sleeps two guests and includes a fully equipped kitchen, open plan living and dining space, a comfortable king size bed, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.

The Golden Lion Apartments, where Modern Industrial is located, offers three separate apartments with a total capacity of 8 guests. The apartment is on the second floor and may not be suitable for those with physical limitations. Guests have access to the full apartment, with keys provided via a secure key safe. A parking scratch card is provided for free parking in designated zones in Whitby, and additional parking details will be provided. The apartment is centrally located, allowing guests to explore the many restaurants, cafes, shops, and attractions in Whitby, including the West Cliff beach, medieval streets, 199 steps to the Church of Saint Mary, and the ruined Whitby Abbey.

The town of Whitby is easily accessible on foot, with the train station a short 5-minute walk away for exploring other coastal villages.
