Upon entering the cottage, guests will find a spacious and tastefully furnished open plan lounge/kitchen/diner/bedroom with exposed beams and country views. The lounge area features comfortable seating, a TV, DVD player, and a dining area. The fully equipped kitchen includes an electric hob and oven, microwave, fridge, and freezer. The sleeping area offers a super king size double bed that can be converted into two single beds upon request. A hallway leads to a utility room with a washer/dryer and a shower room with a walk-in shower and WC. Outside, there is a garden with furniture and a BBQ area, as well as ample parking space for two cars.

Guests can enjoy exploring the owners' working farm, which is home to cattle, sheep, and Clydesdale horses. Stabling is available for guests' horses if needed. One dog is welcome, but guests must be mindful of the working farm dogs on the property.
