Aqua Del Rose – Kiteboarding Cottage, located in Long Bay, North Yorkshire, is a unique property comprising of a 1-bed cottage and a 2-bed cottage that can be sold separately or together as a 3-bed villa. Situated on Long Bay Beach, known for its kiteboarding opportunities, the property offers three miles of white sand, turquoise water, and steady Tradewinds, making it a kiteboarding paradise. The cottages are surrounded by 2.2 acres of indigenous landscaping and offer beachfront relaxation with a terrace and BBQ for outdoor dining.

The Cottage features an open plan kitchen/living area with a sofa bed, a bathroom, a patio terrace, and a BBQ. The bedroom includes a King bed, en-suite bathroom, and a balcony with an ocean view. The property is available for casual beachfront rentals until it is redeveloped into a modern luxury villa. Guests are required to verify their details through Know Your Guest before booking and are also required to pay a non-refundable damage waiver of $70 to protect against accidental damage.

Guests can upgrade their stay with the help of the Concierge, who can assist with making arrangements for restaurant reservations, excursions, spa services, private chef, butler services, transportation, shopping, and special requests. House rules include no smoking, no pets, no parties or events, check-in by 4PM (with early check-in requests accommodated if possible), and check out by 11AM. The cottage is located in Providenciales, in a rural area and on the beach, with nearby attractions such as the Regent Village Shopping Mall and Salt Mills Plaza for shopping, as well as Chalk Sound and Northwest Point National Park for natural beauty.
