This semi-detached house is set opposite Peasholm Park with great views of the waterfall and lake, only a five minutes walk from the sea. It is decorated and furnished to a good standard and is a perfect 'family house' base from which to explore Scarborough and the surrounding countryside.

On the front of the house there is one double bedroom with an en-suite shower room with shower, toilet and washbasin and built-in wardrobes and smaller bedroom with bunk beds. Both have views of the park. At the back of the house are two more bedrooms, one double with an en-suite shower room with shower, toilet and washbasin and built-in wardrobes and a bedroom with two single beds. A family bathroom with bath, electric shower over the bath and toilet. On the top floor are two more bedrooms, both with a single bed one of which has an en-suite toilet and washbasin.
