Located on the West side of Whitby, Solimar House offers exceptional views and a central location just a short 10-minute walk from the town center. Guests can explore the lively Pier Road with its pubs, arcades, and fish restaurants, or visit the blue flag West Cliff Beach lined with beach huts. The East bank of Whitby features narrow medieval streets with boutiques and pubs, leading up to the Church of Saint Mary and the ruined Whitby Abbey, famous for inspiring Bram Stoker's 'Dracula'. The surrounding area is perfect for long walks in the North York Moors National Park.

Guests have access to the full property, with parking for up to four cars on the driveway. The keys are accessed via a secure key safe, and details will be provided before arrival. Whitby train station is less than half a mile away, providing easy access to villages and towns along the North Yorkshire coast via rail or bus. Host & Stay requires guests to transfer a Damage Deposit or purchase an Accidental Damage Waiver to protect the property during their stay. The property is pet-friendly and features an open fire for added comfort.
