King master bedroom with large shower room and views across the fields, next door a flexible bedroom that can be twin or extra king with room for a put up bed for a child u14, this room has an ensuite bathroom with bath and shower.

Outside there is a lovely garden with lawn and patio and parking in the courtyard.
