The fully enclosed outdoor space includes a lawn, patio, table and chairs, and a barbecue.

The barn conversion includes 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 seating areas, and 1 dining area. Bedding options include 2 king-size beds, 3 single beds, and 1 bunk bed. Towels, books, games, a radio, travel cot, stairgate, and high chair are provided for guests' convenience. A good housekeeping deposit of £150 is required, and guests may need to pay an accidental damage deposit or waiver.

Pets are allowed at the property by prior arrangement, with an extra charge of up to £25 per pet per week. Smoking is not allowed on the premises. Full travel and key collection instructions will be emailed to guests upon receipt of full payment.
