The ground floor of Sea Pie features underfloor heating and a large open plan living area with a well-equipped kitchen, perfect for cooking with locally sourced Norfolk produce. The farmhouse table with bench seating can accommodate eight guests, and French doors allow natural light to fill the space. The ground floor also includes a snug and a bedroom with a double bed and a nearby shower room. Upstairs, there are two more bedrooms and a family bathroom, while the second floor is dedicated to the master accommodation with an en-suite bathroom and distant sea views.

Outside, Sea Pie offers a fully-enclosed patio and lawned area that is south facing, ideal for outdoor dining and relaxation. The cottage also provides designated parking for one vehicle and additional parking on a first-come-first-serve basis. Next to the cottage is the popular gastro pub/restaurant, The Hero, making it convenient for guests to enjoy delicious meals. Guests can bring up to two well-behaved dogs to Sea Pie for a small additional charge, and are advised to bring their own beach towels.
