The cottage is nestled at the end of a narrow lane surrounded by open farmland, offering a peaceful and picturesque setting for a relaxing getaway.
The interior of Rosa Cottage features a large open plan living area with a full height vaulted ceiling and a sleeping gallery that overlooks the living space, providing stunning views of the surrounding countryside. The living room boasts glass apex on both ends and full height bi-fold glass doors that open onto a patio area, perfect for enjoying the outdoors. A log burner is available for colder nights, and the kitchen is well-equipped with modern appliances including an oven, hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, and dishwasher.
The cottage offers four bedrooms - Kittiwake with a king-size bed and ensuite shower room, Dove with a double bed and separate bathroom, Teal with twin beds and a separate shower room, and Seagull, a unique sunset gallery with a double bed. Well-behaved children and up to two dogs are welcome at Rosa Cottage, making it an ideal destination for families and pet owners. Outside, guests can enjoy a sheltered patio, a sunny south-facing patio and lawn, and ample parking space for multiple cars.
In addition to its comfortable accommodations, Rosa Cottage is conveniently located near the beach and offers easy access to local attractions such as Bircham Windmill and Princess Theatre.
