Additionally, the Norfolk Broads are less than 45 minutes away by car, offering scenic waterways for boat hire, while Norwich is a short drive for a day of shopping.

Upon entering the cottage, guests are greeted by a snug area with two large sofas and a TV, perfect for relaxation. The lounge area features two sofas, two sofa chairs, a fireplace, and another TV. The dining area, adjacent to the lounge, has a table for eight and patio doors with views of the garden and fields, ideal for enjoying meals. The well-equipped kitchen includes an electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, and coffee machine. A utility room with a washer/dryer and a downstairs WC are also available.

Upstairs, guests will find a twin room, a double room, a large family bathroom with a shower over the bath and WC, a king-size bedroom, and another king-size room with an en suite shower room and WC. All bedrooms offer ample storage space. The enclosed rear garden, accessible through the utility room or dining room patio doors, overlooks open fields and woodland.
