Originally three farm labourers cottages, the property has been converted into a larger fully modernised home set in mature landscaped gardens. The cottage features a bright triple aspect kitchen/breakfast room with an Aga and Neff double oven, as well as multiple reception rooms, a games room, and a playroom for younger children. The large enclosed garden includes a terrace and lawns, providing plenty of space for relaxation and outdoor activities.
The three generous first floor bedrooms at Cheney Hollow all have access to an en-suite bath or shower, with the option of using a sofa bed in the conservatory/playroom to accommodate two additional children if needed. The cottage is situated in the coastal village of Heacham, nestled between the North Beach and South Beach, offering opportunities for long beach walks with pets. For larger groups, the neighboring cottage, Badger's Den, can be booked alongside Cheney Hollow. Cheney Hollow is also available in smaller configurations, accommodating four or two guests.
Additional information includes the allowance of two well-behaved dogs for a small additional charge, as well as the availability of the Aga from the end of October to February, with variations depending on weather conditions.
