The kitchen is well-equipped with an electric hob & oven, microwave, fridge with ice box, washing machine, and dishwasher. There are 4 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and 1 ensuite shower room, along with a sitting room, sitting/dining room, and kitchen/breakfast room. Towels, a travel cot, highchair, stairgate, and books and games are provided for guests.

Outside, there is an enclosed rear garden with a patio, table & chairs, barbecue, and a large shed for cycle storage. Parking is available for up to 3 cars (dependent on size) and the mobile phone signal is strong in the area. A refundable Good Housekeeping Deposit of £150 is required, and guests may need to pay an Accidental Damage Deposit or Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver. Pets are allowed by prior arrangement, with an extra charge of up to £25 per pet per week.
