The owners appreciate how many dog lovers enjoy holidaying with their pets and this cottage is ideal with hard floors throughout most of the ground floor rooms. The cottage will take up to three well-behaved dogs.

Wells-next-the-sea is a charming, traditional seaside town with sandy beaches protected by a pinewood forest.

A visit to Wells wouldn't be complete without trying your luck at a spot of crabbing on the quayside, or simply relaxing and watching the world go by whilst sampling the best in local fish and chip cuisine. Great local pubs include The Crown Inn, The Globe and The Victoria at Holkham.

The kitchen is well equipped and has integrated appliances including fridge/freezer (three drawer), electric oven and combination microwave, dishwasher and washer/dryer, everything you need to feed the family. Family bathroom Fitted suite comprising bath with mixer tap and shower attachment, wash basin and WC. Electric heated towel rail and tiled floor. First Floor: Small double bedroom (front) Small double bed (4ft 6) suitable for one/two people as the bed is adjacent to the wall with access at one side only or for two people who are happy to be slightly more cosy. Master bedroom A lovely light double aspect room with double bed, travel cot, iron and ironing boards stored in the wardrobes. Shower room With spacious shower cubicle with mains shower, heated towel rail and WC. Double bedroom (rear) A pretty room with a double bed. Outside: To the rear of the cottage is an enclosed courtyard garden with table and chairs seating six and external lighting, an ideal place to enjoy a meal with family and friends in a peaceful location. Roadside parking may be available close by. There are double yellow lines immediately outside the cottage. A council car park is 10 minutes walk away in Freeman Street. A weekly parking permit is available for £27.50 from the main car park ticket machine.
