The first floor boasts an open-plan sitting room with a dining area and a modern wood burning stove for cozy evenings. The fitted kitchen and a cloakroom are also on this level, with views to four sides and a glimpse of the sea on clear days.

The landscaped garden, with a south facing aspect, is perfect for enjoying a lazy afternoon in the sun or cooking on the barbecue. Nearby attractions include the village of Burnham Market with its shops and eateries, as well as Wells-next-the-Sea with its sandy beach and fish and chip shops.
