The house features upside-down living, with open-plan living on the first floor that maximizes the magnificent cliff top views. Bi-fold doors open onto a glazed balcony terrace, allowing you to feel the sea breeze and taste the saltiness of the sea from the comfort of your armchair.

Built in the 1930s and upgraded in recent years, Sunset boasts modern amenities such as a Smart TV with Sky, a fully fitted kitchen, and a private master king-size suite with doors to the garden. The sleeping accommodation is on the ground floor, with two additional bedrooms and a shower room. A spacious utility room and landscaped garden that leads to the coastal path provide additional comfort and convenience for guests. Overstrand is a peaceful coastal village with a sandy beach, local amenities, and a scenic coastal path to Cromer.
