The ground floor offers a spacious living area with a well-equipped kitchen, cozy sitting room with a wood burning stove, and a second sitting room/snug that leads into the garden room.

Upstairs, there are three tastefully decorated bedrooms - a master bedroom with a king-size bed, a second bedroom with a double bed, and a third bedroom with single bunk beds. The bedrooms share a bright family bathroom with a bath and shower. Outside, the enclosed garden has a patio area with views of a meadow and orchard, perfect for dining al fresco. Parking is available for one medium-size car, with additional roadside parking for larger vehicles and extra cars.

The cottage is located in the charming village of North Creake, close to Burnham Market and the nearest sandy beach. Guests can enjoy a warm welcome at the local village pub, The Jolly Farmers. Please note that the property does not allow pets, children under five years of age, and has a maximum capacity of four adults and two school-age children.
