Designed by an award-winning team, this unique property is just a 10-minute walk from the beach and offers easy access to local amenities and attractions. The open-plan first floor is flooded with light and offers a glimpse of the sea, while the ground floor features three bedrooms with underfloor heating, including two with en-suite shower rooms and direct garden access.

The master bedroom has a super-king bed, the second bedroom has a double bed, and the third bedroom has a king-size bed with a family bathroom nearby. The garden is enclosed and includes a charming decked area, perfect for relaxing while keeping your pets safe. Secure wall locks are provided for bicycle storage. Seastiles is equipped with a multi-fuel burning stove, making it a cozy year-round escape. Salthouse itself offers a range of amenities, including a gastro pub, seafood shop, and fish and chip shop, all within walking distance.

For wildlife enthusiasts, the Norfolk Wildlife Trust Visitor Centre at Cley Marshes is nearby. The area is also filled with picturesque coastal villages to explore. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome for a small additional charge, and synthetic bedding is provided. Please note that there is no starter pack or welcome hamper included at this property.
